Unfortunately, you will have to submit multiple forms for each request.

Most designers are only skilled in one medium, whether proficient in graphics, video, or the web. In most cases, many creatives are not versatile within different mediums. 

To complete your work promptly, please complete multiple request forms, and we will assign them to different designers. 

Within the form, there is a Dropbox request link. You can upload your files there. Any media you upload to the link will appear within your project request. 

Every form has a Calendly video scheduler at the end. We did this so we could talk about your project together.  

Doing this will help the designers with your content and give you a more accurate timeline for your deliverable. 

Once submitted, we will add you to our basecamp platform. You will receive updates on your requests as soon as they are available there.
